when commissioning me it is important to understand that you are paying for my time and resources. please don't complain that my prices are too high or that you think they are too low. i appreciate the concern but i will price my commissions the way i believe they should be priced.

MY TERMS OF SERVICE ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW WILL RESULT IN BLACKLISTING.

do not use my art in a way where you will benefit financially from it. this includes using my artwork for nfts, crypto currency or even upselling my artwork with a character you are selling.my artwork may not be used in any sort of ai generator.do not commission me for pieces i have said i will not make. things like nsfw or major gore/self-harm or enabling violent scenarios, fetishes etc are things i will not draw under any circumstances.when commissioning me please provide a clear, unshaded reference of your character that can be downloaded as either a jpg or png. zipped files or files that need to be downloaded as a psd, or are web files will not be accepted.do not request that i mimic someone else style. if you're commissioning me you're commissioning my style. you are allowed to request changes in the work once i send the sketch to confirm, however, be aware that i will not morph my style into someone else.do not commission me for a character that doesn't belong to you without the owner's consent. along with this try to avoid commissioning me for characters belonging to television shows or movies.my artwork may be used to represent you or your character in any fashion or setting. such as at cons and events or even printed for self-use.if i make personal artwork for you, that does not give you consent to sell it. for example, i make art of a famous pet, you do not have permission to sell my artwork on any website or application for any reason.** this overrules any stipulation you have set in place for people who make artwork for you.**my artwork is a reflection of the personal time i spend trying to grow my talents, do not take advantage of my time.once the sketch is confirmed, the customer will send payment, after which time the commission is considered to be non-refundable.all transactions will be done through paypal invoices. whenever your sketch is confirmed i will send you an invoice, you will be required to pay the invoice before i proceed with the commission.bases that i make for public use may be used for things like adopts or personal character work. however you may not resell my blank bases.when commissioning me it is important to understand that you are paying for my time and resources. please don't complain that my prices are too high or that you think they are too low. i appreciate the concern but i will price my commissions the way i believe they should be priced.my artwork may be used on 2D avatar chat sites with the proper credit.
